Doors open from 19:15 and we stay open for 15 minutes after the session to enjoy a hot drink and relax together.

You can use the time before and after the class to ask the instructor questions, discuss any medical details with them, or just to have a catch up with your fellow yoginis!

When this class is running again once our instructor returns from maternity leave, we will share the venue here.

There is plenty of parking on site, toilets and space to change.

This 60 minute class is suitable for beginners and more experienced yoginis.

We always start and end with relaxation. During this, you will be guided into a calm space where you can take a moment to enjoy the peace. The techniques we use during our relaxation, both breathing techniques and visualisations, are perfect for reducing stress and anxiety. By learning these techniques, you can begin to use them in your everyday life to help you overcome those difficult situations. If you are pregnant, they are also perfect to use during birth, to help you remain calm and breathe through those waves.

After the relaxation we gently warm our bodies before moving onto a sequence of poses, or Asana, that will help ease tension, strengthen your body and improve your flexibility.

Finally, we always build into our practice time to improve our core strength. Having a strong core is so important as a mother and in our class you will learn lots of different ways to improve yours. Everything from pelvic floor exercises to abdominal exercises, we ensure an all-round approach to make sure your body is prepared for life's everyday activities...and jumping on those trampolines!

If you have your own mat please bring it along, but we also have mats to lend you. We also recommend you bring a water bottle and warm layers, you can even bring a blanket for the relaxation!

We have props to borrow, but you can also bring along you own (yoga bricks, straps, etc). Our instructors will show you how to use them to modify and progress the yoga poses to suit your ability.
