Redwood Yoga started in December 2020 with a mission to help people find more time for themselves. Self-care is not something we should put at the bottom of our to-do lists. When we take time away from our busy schedules to look after ourselves, we cement that belief that we are valued; we boost our confidence, mood and outlook on life.

Almost everything will work again is you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.

Self-care comes in many forms, from taking a quiet moment in the morning to enjoy your coffee, to going for a run in the evening. Yoga has many benefits, but unlike most other forms of self-care, it not only helps us psychologically but also physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Your yoga mat will become a sanctuary. Your yoga practice will be a time that is just for you. We want to create time and space for you to put yourself first. Our practices will help you relax, restore and just be you.

It is not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself, and to make your happiness a priority. It’s necessary.
